About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Easy Movers website and to any quote request or booking you make through it.

Our role

Easy Movers coordinates and arranges moving services. We review the details of your move and arrange a suitable available moving team to carry out the work.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the move turns out to be significantly different — for example more items, different access, or a changed address — the price may need to be revised.

A quote is not confirmed until we have agreed the details and the date with you.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information about the items, addresses, floors, lifts and parking, make sure items are ready at the agreed time, and arrange any permits or parking that may be required.

Items we cannot move

Hazardous, illegal, perishable or live items cannot be moved. Please tell us in advance about anything unusual, very valuable or particularly fragile.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change your move, let us know as soon as possible so we can update the arrangements. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Liability

Liability for the moving work itself sits with the moving team carrying out the job. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help resolve it.
